Steel Liner
As the wear part of shotcrete machines, we pursue longer life. Casting, processing, and heat treatment are all done in our factory to ensure quality.
Upper
Sealing Plate
It adopts full-automatic equipment processing and unique formula to make the sealing plate more wear-resistant, with a hardness of 78 °, hardness of Akron ≤ 0.08, and a service life of 250-400 cubic meters.
Rubber Tube
The shotcrete tube of 3 layers, which are a wear-resistant inner rubber layer, a steel wire reinforcement layer and an aging-resistant outer rubber layer, which make the product as a whole have high strength, high wear resistance, high rebound and other characteristics.
Rubber Elbow
The rubber elbow is one of the wearing parts of the concrete shotcrete machine. The material is divided into black rubber materials. The elbow has high wear resistance and corrosion resistance.
Cavity
The material cavity of the shot blasting machine is rubber. Each shot blaster needs to be equipped with 10 chambers. Made with unique formula for longer life.
Cone Sleeve
Conical sleeves are easy to operate, low dust, less rebound, protect the environment, and improve the quality of spray coating, strong adhesion, fast flame retardant solidification speed, low construction cost, etc.
Shotcrete Nozzle
The new nozzle improves the spraying effect, has less rebound and high spray layer quality. The nozzle material is upgraded and the service life is longer.
